For the month of March my new Fit & Fly Accountability group is completing the Whole 30 Challenge March 4th – March 31st (28 days).

While completing the Whole 30 Challenge, you should avoid weighing in. The overall goals are to focus on nutrition and listen to your body.

I took my measurements and weighed in today, before I get started tomorrow, and will follow up after the challenge is completed. Even at this point I am 20.3 lbs down and going!
