What do you do to prevent weekend sabotage? #advice 😏
Last Monday I weighed in at 247.7 lbs. After a weekend filled with pasta, pizza, only one gym session, and a long extra call shift, I weighed in at 253.7! Go figure! 6 lbs heavier…🙄
My meal prep is 🏋🏽♀️strong and well structured during my work week, but goes to crap as soon as the weekend hits.
👀As you see, once I got back into my regular routine, my weight trended back down.
