Weekend Sabotage

Hello, my name is Zora and I am a weekend sabotager. πŸ™„ Okay, now that I’ve admitted my flaw, let’s move on to the corrective action and support!!!!

What do you do to prevent weekend sabotage? #advice 😏

Last Monday I weighed in at 247.7 lbs. After a weekend filled with pasta, pizza, only one gym session, and a long extra call shift, I weighed in at 253.7! Go figure! 6 lbs heavier…πŸ™„

My meal prep is πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈstrong and well structured during my work week, but goes to crap as soon as the weekend hits.

πŸ‘€As you see, once I got back into my regular routine, my weight trended back down.

*Just with a focus on nutrition, no workouts as of yet this week.*
